The All Progressives Congress chieftain in Ogun State, Mr Armstrong ‘Tope Akintunde who doubles as the Chief Executive Officer of Aerofield Homes, has sent his felicitations to all the Muslims faithfuls as they joyfully celebrate this year Eid-el-fitri.
Akintunde, in his message issued by his media consultant, Oluseun JOSHUA to the Muslims all over the state and the country as whole, urged them to use the joyous occasion to supplicate for further growth and prosperity of the country coupled with the reign of peace in every nook and crannies of our dear nation.
The Iperu Remo born politician also specially appealed to the Muslims in the state to use this special occasion to pray for the government of Gov Dapo Abiodun that he said had in the last five years showed unparalleled commitment to making life very comfortable for the residents of the state.
Akintunde said “here comes another special season of the year when Muslims worldwide celebrates the annual Eld-Fitri which teaches sacrifice and obedience to the injunctions of the Almighty Allah.
“I rejoice with all the Muslim faithfuls on this joyous occasion and I urge them to use this period to pray for further prosperity and peace of our dear nation.
"I equally urge them to use this time to pray for our hardworking governor, Prince Dapo Abiodun who had shown great love to the people of the state and beyond.
“As a nation that is abundantly blessed though, still grappling with some challenges, in the spirit of the season I urge all, both the leaders and the led to be ready to sacrifice a bit more towards achieving a Nigeria of our dream that could rub shoulders with other countries around the world.
"May the Almighty Allah accept all our acts of worship and preserve us to celebrate many more Eid-del-Kabir in sound health”.
