Dr.Gbenga Adeoye was born at the Family House, Erunwon, Ake, Abeokuta as the 4th Child of 6 Children of Pa Moses Aremu Adeoye at Lemo Compound and Mrs Abigail Apinke Adeoye (Nee Alirat Oshunbayo) who hails from Amigangan Compound at Ita Oje, Gbagura in Abeokuta the Ogun State Capital.
He had his primary Education at Anglican Central School Ajebo and Secondary Education at Ajebo Community High School, Ajebo in Obafemi Owode local government of Ogun State and was the Senior Prefect in Primary Six.
He holds a Bachelors Degree in Law from Babcock University.
He is a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria having been called to Bar by the Body of Benchers in the year 2022 in the Nations Capital, Abuja.
His interest in Law was clearly seen in his active participation in Literary and Debate Programmes in Secondary School where he won several prices in literature.
His Leadership Skill made him to be part of Prefect even before getting to the final year in Secondary School making him the only student that was a Prefect before getting to the final year in his set and was later made the Labour Prefect in final year because of his ability to lead and coordinate others.
He holds an M.Sc. in Banking & Finance from Olabisi Onabanjo University.
He holds a PhD in Management Accounting from Babcock University and was a winner of the Post Graduate School Leadership Prize with two other Colleagues.
Prior to his University Education, he holds an HND in Accountancy from Ogun State Polytechnic, now Moshood Abiola Polytechnic.
He Studied International Business Law at The University of London for his Masters Degree in Law (LLM).
He is therefore an expert in Maritime Law, International Business, World Trade and International Business Law as well as the Business aspect of Intellectual Property.
He attended the Prestigious Lagos Campus of Nigerian Law School for his call to Bar Training. He was one of the most active students in class as he participated in leading different study groups and debates. He worked for Bar Attachment at SimmonsCooper Partners, a law firm Founded by Prof.Yemi Osinbajo at Victoria Island in Lagos and High Court 3 in Abeokuta under the mentorship of Hon Justice Onafowokan, who trained him on the importance of Integrity and Hard-work for up-coming Legal Practitioners.
He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria and a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria. He also holds a Diploma in Criminology and Security Studies.
With over 24 years experience and deep understanding that Commercial Transactions and Contract disputes are better resolved through arbitration, Conciliation and mediation, he studied further to become an expert in ADR, and he is an Arbitrator of UK and Nigeria and also an Associate of The Institute of Chartered Mediators & Conciliators. (ICMC).
He studied Innovation and Building New Businesses in an established organisation at Harvard Business School Executive Education for CEO's and Heads of Strategy from different Companies across the world.
He was the only one that sponsored himself among the 3 Nigerians that were admitted for the programme at Harvard in 2011.
His PhD research took him around the world to United States, Scotland Rail in United Kingdom, Kenya, India, Togo, Ghana, Ivory Coast, Italy and United Arab Emirates where he studied Infrastructural Development, Tax Policies and Good Governance Principles Application.
He is the founder and Principal Partner of Gbenga Adeoye & Co.(Chartered Accountants) located in Lagos and Abeokuta with Consultancy all over Nigeria for Oil Companies, Manufacturing Companies, Construction Companies, Federal & State Government Agencies among others.
He had his professional training with Aremu Akindele & Co.(Chartered Accountants) in Ikeja Lagos and Abeokuta with Consulting arm as Bemi and Associates and later joined Nnamdi Oyeka & Co(Chartered Accountants) at Western Avenue Surulere Lagos with Consulting arm as Inco Services Limited.
He was involved in high profile engagements like CBN asset verification, Audit of INEC electoral funds 2006 and 2007, Audit of Political Parties for INEC as well as Consultancy for Refinery and Cement Factory Experts in Nigeria and outside Nigeria.
Dr. Gbenga Adeoye is also an expert in determining accuracy of Demurrage Payable offshore for CBN approval of Transfer to shipping lines outside Nigeria.
Gbenga Adeoye & Co currently work in some joint engagements with Price Water House Coopers in Nigeria where GAC provides Audit and Assurance and PWC provides tax services and most times GAC & PWC jointly execute tax consultancy when difficult and technical issues arises.
He is also the founder of Global Legal Partners; a firm set up to Help Foreign Direct Investment flow to Nigeria, Business Set up, Property Consultancy, Corporate Legal Services and trainings among others.
He is the founder and Chairman of Global Cross Farms.
He is the Chairman of Rejoice Supermart located at Rejoice House Idi Aba in Abeokuta to provide affordable and quality household and grocery goods.
Rejoice House also manufacture Daily Joy Bread, one of the best bread in Ogun State in addition to a mini meeting Hall and a restaurant for Rejoice Meal.
He is the Founder and President of Gbenga Adeoye Foundation; an NGO that he uses to help in saying NO to Poverty, NO to Ignorance and NO to sickness.
He has used the NGO to support Students in rural areas with Uniforms and books, Rural Electrification, Attraction of Federal Solar Bore Hole Projects to Rural areas to provide portable water where Alake of Egbaland serves as Patron and Akarigbo of Remo Land as Adviser.
He believes that National Development is a function of the Quality of people in leadership.
He is a Public Speaker and subject matter expert on Good Governance, Tax & Fiscal Policy, Business Finance and Management, Accountability and Transparency , Economic Sustainability, National Transformation and Leadership.
He is a Business & National Development expert who believes that future leaders must be trained to avoid vacuum in the years ahead.
He is the President of the Financial Chapter of The Full Gospel Business Men's Fellowship International .
He is a member of Abeokuta Club and Abeokuta Golf Club.
He is a member of Nigeria Economic Summit Group under the Tax and Fiscal Policy Department.
He is a member of Egba Economic Summit Group and currently the Director of Education and Research of the Summit having served in the past as Director of Finance.

He served as a Board Member of ICAN tax faculty for two years and a contributor to the first Finance Act of 2020.
He is a faculty member of Professional Practice Committee of ICAN and chaired strategic Committee on Certification Stamp.
He is also a resource person in the Forensic Faculty of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria.
He was a lecturer at Federal University of Agriculture Abeokuta where he taught Financial Accounting and Taxation at Post Graduate Level for 2 years after his PhD before leaving to study Law.
He is an influencer, and he provides mentorship for many young Professionals in Nigeria and outside Nigeria.
While he provides mentoring for others, he is also under the mentorship of the likes of Chief Olusegun Obasanjo, Dr.Onaolapo Soleye and the Alake and Paramount Ruler of Egbaland, Oba Adedotun Aremu Gbadebo among other Business Leaders within and outside Nigeria with whom he has regular contacts and dialogue to learn.
Dr. Gbenga Adeoye is married to a virtuous woman, Oluwakemi Abolaji Adeoye who is the Managing Director of Rejoice Supermart, and she hails from Ogunfolu family of Porogun Alapo in Ijebu Ode and the union is blessed with children.
Dr. Gbenga Adeoye means different thing to different people depending on his relationship with such persons.
To some, he is a Lawyer, to others he is an Accountant, to some he is an Arbitrator and to some he is a Tax Consultant, while some call him a marketer per excellence and others call him an entrepreneur and still others call him a Forensic Expert and some others refer to him as a Public Speaker and in fact some regard him as a Teacher and Preacher.
In all, one fact is common, he believes that you are whatever you are by the Grace of God and as such humility is a virtue. He also believes that giving is an attribute of God and anyone who want to rise in life must learn to be a giver.
He places value on integrity hard work and never stop to learn as he believe that the day you stop learning, that is the day you will start going down as yesterday's knowledge could be outdated without improvement and that account for his journey to study Law after his PhD and still went for Masters at University of London.
