The national President of the group, Comr Fayomi Okikiola said that it was gladdening to see the Muslims completing this one month rigorous acts of worship as commanded by almighty Allah praying that all the sacrifices, discipline, self denial, prayers, piety among others that went with this holy month would all be acceptable by God.
Comr Fayomi Okikiola has however urged the Muslims to continue to allow all the lessons learnt in the course of this holy month serve as their guide in their day today activities.
He disclosed that further prayers should be made for the country in the face of all the challenges contending against the nation.
Okikiola said "I want to rejoice with all our Muslim brothers and sisters as we mark the end of this year Ramadan. We are really grateful to God for the opportunity to be part of this year celebration and our prayer is that the almighty God will preserve us to celebrate many more here on earth.
"I want all of us to use the occasion of this year celebration to rededicate ourselves to building a new nation that we can all be proud of. As 2023 general election approaches, let us all get involved in the process, let's rally support for only those politicians that could help in changing the narratives, those who are really committed to making us proud to be Nigerians.
"I urge our youths to also stay away from being willing tools in the hands of those desperate politicians but rather support all those procedures that will guarantee election of qualitative leadership for the country".
