Angry mob on Saturday, broke a police station in Oja-Odan in the Yewa-North local government area of Ogun state and set ablaze two people earlier arrested for being in possession of fresh human parts in front of the police station .
It was gathered that the
suspects, Idowu Afolabi and Johnson Adebiyi, had earlier been arrested and detained at Oja Odan police station on Saturday.
An eye witness said the two suspects were caught by some youths in the area with fresh human heads and took them to the police station .
However, some irate youths were said to have forcefully broken into the police cell dragged out the two suspected ritualists and burnt them to death .
Agbaje Odebunmi one of the eye witnesses said the youths, who were in their hundreds, dragged the suspects to an open space in front of the police station and set them on fire.
She said “the youths caught the two men with a fresh human head. The police came to take the suspects away. But about an hour later, the youths, said the killers must be dealt with immediately. That was why the mobilised themselves in their hundreds to the police station in Oja Odan.

When contacted, the Police Public Relations Officer in the state DSP, Abimbola Oyeyemi confirmed the incident .
Oyeyemi also added that the state police command would issue a statement on the incident today, Sunday
