Popular singer, Lanre Fasasi, also called Sound Sultan, is dead.
Sound Sultan, reportedly, died after a fierce battle with throat cancer.
Earlier in May, it was learnt that the artist had been undergoing chemotherapy in the United States.

His death has been confirmed by family, according to unofficial source.
He's survived by his wife, three children and siblings.
