The Ogun State All Progressives Congress (APC) Caretaker Committee has with deep sorrow, announced the untimely death of one of the state officers, Hon. Adekunbi Banjoko, who was until his death, the party’s treasurer.
This was contained in a statement signed by Hon Tunde Oladunjoye, the Publicity Secretary of the Caretaker Committee of the ruling party in the state.
Hon. Adekunbi Banjoko who died at the early hours of Monday was also a member of the Ogun State Board of Public Health.
A devoted Christian, seasoned politician, and former Secretary to Sagamu Local Government, Hon. Banjoko was said to have served as Treasurer of the party diligently, humbly and to the best of his ability.
The party stated that he would surely be missed by the members in the State Working Committee of the party.
The late Treasurer is survived by wives and children.
Burial arrangement is as announced by the family.
